The finance committee will be comprised of the Treasurer, one or both wardens, and two to four individuals as selected by the wardens and Rector and approved by the vestry. The rector is an ex officio member of the committee.
The finance committee will serve as a resource for the rector, treasurer, and the vestry. The committee will review financial statements, parochial reports, audits, budgets and address issues raised by the treasurer, bookkeeper, rector or vestry. The committee will assist in the formulation of the annual budget and provide advice and recommendations on issues raised as a result of the reviews or issues raised by the aforementioned parties.
